The opportunity

  • Own the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise cloud operations teams, from first conversation to close.
  • Work directly with platform engineers, VP Engineering, and CTO-level buyers at companies running complex cloud environments.
  • Help define the playbook. You are not inheriting a rigid process; you are building one alongside the GTM team.
  • Sell a product that buyers already feel the pain of, in a category with no clear winner yet.

What we are looking for

  • 3-plus years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, ideally in infrastructure, DevOps, security, or cloud tooling.
  • Comfortable selling technical products to technical buyers. You do not need to write code, but you need to earn credibility in the room.
  • Track record of hitting quota in an early-stage or rapidly scaling environment.
  • Experience at companies like Datadog, Rubrik, HashiCorp, Wiz, or similar is a strong signal.

The opportunity

  • Be the technical voice in every enterprise deal, translating Oscar's capabilities into concrete solutions for each prospect's cloud environment.
  • Run hands-on technical evaluations and proof-of-value engagements with engineering and platform teams.
  • Feed product gaps, customer objections, and integration requirements directly back into the engineering roadmap.
  • Help build the demo library, technical onboarding materials, and SE playbook from scratch.

What we are looking for

  • Background in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering with meaningful depth in AWS, Azure, or GCP.

  • Ability to run a technical demo that makes a VP of Engineering lean forward.

  • 5-plus years of software engineering experience with strong backend foundations.

  • Background in or strong curiosity about AI/ML systems, agent orchestration, or LLM integration.

  • Build and improve the AI systems that power Oscar: agent reasoning, context graph inference, safe action planning, and model orchestration.
  • Work on problems at the intersection of large language models, cloud operations context, and enterprise safety requirements.
  • Design evaluation frameworks that let us trust Oscar's reasoning before it takes action in production environments.
  • Collaborate with Ardy and the AI team on research-informed approaches to data-efficient learning and sequential decision-making.

What we are looking for

  • Strong machine learning foundations with hands-on experience shipping AI systems in production, not just research.
  • Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG systems, agent frameworks, or similar applied AI work.
  • Comfortable reasoning about safety, reliability, and failure modes in agentic systems.
  • PhD or equivalent research experience is a genuine plus, not just a checkbox. We value original thinking.

The opportunity

  • Own and evolve the infrastructure that OpsCanvas and Oscar run on, from CI/CD to cloud environments to observability.
  • Help build the internal platform that lets the engineering team ship faster and more reliably as we scale.
  • Work alongside Wyn and the platform team on systems that need to be both operationally excellent and a strong example of what OpsCanvas stands for.
  • Contribute to Oscar's cloud integration capabilities, including the connectors and observability hooks that give Oscar its context.

What we are looking for

  • Deep practical experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure at an infrastructure or platform engineering level.
  • Strong Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD fundamentals built at production scale.
  • Interest in working on a product that is fundamentally about making cloud operations better, not just running it internally.
  • Experience with observability tooling like OpenTelemetry, Datadog, or Grafana is a strong plus.
